Add a drop of your favorite essential oil to the bone on their backside to give you that extra little something to make you calm and cheery in times of need. My personal favorite is German Chamomile!! Its both calming, soothing, relaxing and safe to use on all skin types. German chamomile is an oil i've personally used for over 15 years.
