BeanTown Buddies® are a handmade original works of art, therefore we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

All sales are final, no exceptions.

BeanTown Buddies® is not responsible for any lost, stollen, or missing packages of any kind including one of a kind items, and custom orders. Each order is insured to protect it so if this does occur, it is 100% your responsibility not BeanTown Buddies®, to file a claim with the carrier (Fedex/USPS/UPS), if your items go missing, have been delivered to a wrong address, and or stollen.
